1/4" Sweet Rose Dollhouse
Quarter Connection had a project that was designed by Debbie Young
Notice the bluebird watching over the eggs.
I did the wiring myself to the lamps and they worked.  However, when we put the house on the base, none worked.  My husband looked at the wiring and couldn't figure out what I did wrong.  So, he put edge-lighting on the 1st floor.
I didn't buy the furniture or wallpaper that was offered with the house because I filled it with things from my stash and things I made for it.  I decided that the bedroom would have a sewing area and fabric.  We have had a Scottie and a Westie and cats, so I had to add them to the house.
I had the kitchen appliances and extra cabinets so I used a part of the the wallpaper design on the front of the cabinets.  I made the round table and the Parson's chairs using Betty Thurman's patterns.
I also covered the chairs in the living room area using the rose-patterned fabric (it is the Sweet Rose house after all) that I covered the table and chairs in the dining area.  You can't see the lit fireplace because I don't have the lights on.
There is a wine bottle and glass sitting on the table between the two chairs and a cat on a chair.
