November - Thanksgiving Weekend
Laura came home for Thanksgiving, the first time every. Shane is in regular school now and he had to be back at school on Monday, so they decided to come home for Thanksgiving instead of Christmas.
Our dear friends, Len & Judy's daughter, Kathy was the Thanksgiving hostess this year. She did a wonderful job and she has a lovely home.
It was the usual Thanksgiving crowd and everyone had a wonderful time.
Laura's birthday is November 30, so we used this occasion to celebrate her birthday.

Saturday, the weather was beautiful and Laura and I took all the kiddos to skate at Steinberg outdoor skating rink. Everyone had a wonderful time. We found a St. Louis 250th birthday cake there, so they had to pose with the cake.

Shane's first time on ice skates. He did good and was standing up by himself before we went home.
We all went to Spiro's after skating. Had a great meal and good companionship.
